AOT OpsAI solutions

Connect supporting infrastructure to operational context.

Evaluate supported IT, network and facility observations for Philippine manufacturing sites while preserving equipment permissions and control-system boundaries.

Choose an approved starting area

Begin with the IT and supporting infrastructure that the plant’s responsible teams have approved for monitoring. This may include network equipment, virtualization hosts or supported UPS and environmental sources. Keep each device’s role, location and owner visible. A protocol supported by OpsAI is not proof that every controller, register map or equipment model is suitable for collection.

Review each facility source with its owner

Confirm the device model, available interface, read permissions and documented meaning of each reading. For supported Modbus or BACnet sources, agree on the specific points and collection path before activation. Preserve units and distinguish a missing observation from a zero value. OpsAI monitoring does not operate machinery, write control points or replace a plant’s safety and control systems.

Investigate across time without claiming causation

Compare an infrastructure incident with the available network, compute and facility observations for the same period. A temperature change beside a host incident may be relevant evidence, but timing alone does not establish the cause of a production interruption. Keep the underlying readings and their timestamps accessible to the responsible engineering or IT team for further review.

Evaluate during an agreed operating window

Choose an authorized test scope and verify that collection remains within it. Review freshness, source identity, available history and the report’s covered assets with the equipment owner. Record unavailable sensors and excluded systems before deciding on expansion. AOT can help scope the IT and integration work; plant access, maintenance windows and operational responsibilities must be agreed for the actual site.
