Contractual currency is USD. Applicable taxes, hardware, custom labor, raw archives and add-ons are separate. Existing customer contracts remain unchanged.
Full onboarding fees apply separately. No discount stacking. Taxes, hardware, Critical On-Call, custom engineering, raw-log add-ons and Enterprise custom scope are excluded.

Retention describes both time and resolution.
Operational records, hourly history, daily summaries and raw logs are different data products. Business includes 30 days of operational detail, 90 days of hourly history and 365 days of daily summaries. That is not a year of full-resolution metrics or raw logs.
Choose support deliberately.
Critical On-Call is an additional $1,300/month, primarily for Business and Enterprise. It is not included in standard service. Human support hours and response commitments depend on the accepted service scope.
