2. Connect a monitoring source
Choose an authorized site and a supported source. Private infrastructure needs a Site Edge with the required network access and read-only permissions. Use Add monitoring in OpsAI to reach setup. Do not enter infrastructure credentials into the marketing website.
3. Verify what arrived
Inspect the first asset, collector freshness and coverage. A discovered inventory record is not the same as a successful measurement. Record any missing fields and confirm the source or permissions needed to supply them.
4. Share useful evidence
Review incidents in context, prepare a report for an exact period and open a scoped wallboard. Keep gaps visible. Seven days can reveal useful observations without establishing weekly seasonality or a reliable long-term forecast.
5. Choose your next step
