AOT OpsAI solutions

Give a small IT team a useful starting point.

Plan monitoring for a Philippine SME around its internet connection, shared infrastructure and important business services, with a practical first evaluation.

Begin with the disruption your team needs to explain

A small business may depend on an internet connection, a shared application and a few servers while one person coordinates several suppliers. Start with a specific operational question: when staff cannot reach a service, is the public endpoint unavailable, is the office connection affected, or has the local collector stopped reporting? Map the systems you own and the suppliers responsible for the rest.

Choose a manageable first scope

Create a site for the office and choose an authorized Windows or Linux host for Site Edge when private collection is needed. Add supported network or virtualization sources using read-only access, review the discovered resources and activate the ones you need. An HTTP health check can observe a reachable endpoint; it does not prove that every task inside a business application works.

Make incidents useful to the person taking the next step

Use the affected asset, observation time and collector freshness to prepare an investigation. Keep the contact for the internet provider separate from the person responsible for the application. A wallboard can show a shared operational view, while a dated report provides a record for a service review. Missing data should remain visible instead of looking like a healthy office.

Review the evaluation before expanding

Confirm that the intended assets report current observations and that another authorized team member can find the affected resource. Review an agreed test incident, its recovery and the resulting report. Compare the scope and service responsibilities with the available plan before adding more sources. AOT can discuss implementation and ongoing assistance separately from access to the software; support hours and responsibilities belong in the agreed service scope.
